Instalment Option #1 ($50 surcharge per camper) a. First half of balance due by April 2, 2012. b. Second half by post-dated cheque or credit card authorization payable on May 7, 2012. c. Cheques or credit card authorization form must be received by April 2, 2012. 4. Instalment Option #2 ($75 surcharge per camper) a. One third of balance due by April 2, 2012. b. Second third by post-dated cheque or credit card authorization payable on May 7, 2012. c. Final third by post-dated cheque or credit card authorization payable on June 4, 2012. d.
